Where do we stand? We understand that we need to be fast and flexible in order to keep up with digitalization. In addition to making processes faster, we also have to change the way we think and act. We have identified focus topics for this purpose.
Where do we go from here? The ability to seize digitalization’s potential rests crucially with people, which is why we need a company culture shaped by an open approach to dealing with failures, the ability to change, openness to new ideas, a passion for performance and willingness to assume responsibility.
Where do we stand? In the midst of change. Through special initiatives, we are preparing ourselves for the digital future. In the process, we are gearing our work even more systematically towards OSRAM’s business strategy.
Where do we go from here? Job profiles are also going to change as a result of digitalization. We need to prepare for that and adjust our search for talent. We are already taking advantage of digital channels, such as LinkedIn and social media, to help us with this. Our goal is to be the employer of choice in the lighting industry.
Where do we stand? Right in the thick of things. We have already implemented some ideas, but there are still many challenges that have to be dealt with. The foundations for the infrastructure are in place thanks to our data center in the cloud and the rollout of Office 365.
Where do we go from here? Our vision entails the digital connectivity of office, production and end product so that we can provide cross-border solutions for our in-house users and our external partners.

Where do we go from here? We can significantly increase our productivity through Industry 4.0, make manufacturing processes more efficient and intelligently manage resources. The vision for the future is customer-specific mass production, flexible manufacturing processes and broad product ranges.
